Every project gets a fixed price, not an hourly rate with an open end. After the free initial consultation you receive a quote within one to two working days, with price and date stated bindingly — you review it at your own pace. You pay a deposit on ordering and the remainder only after acceptance. And if your wishes grow along the way, you get a separate quote before we build.

A website is usually ready within a few days. For automations, the time depends on how many programs are involved. For larger undertakings — an online shop, an automation spanning several workflows — the binding date is stated in the quote before you decide. You see work in progress in your browser and give feedback before anything goes live. We work in your revisions until it fits — without a limit.

No. We connect your ERP, accounting, email and other systems instead of replacing them — your team keeps the programs they know, yet data is entered only once. Only when something is genuinely missing do we build it new, tailored to your workflow.

Custom software and websites can run on your own servers or with a German hosting provider. Platform services such as Shopify and Google Ads use the infrastructure and terms of their respective providers. We agree which services are used, where data is processed and what ongoing costs arise before you commission the work.

Small and medium-sized businesses that want to automate processes or need digital tools — from craft businesses and restaurants to medical practices and retail. Thanks to GDPR compliance, we are also suitable for the public sector.

Yes. You receive complete documentation and full insight into the source code — both are part of the project, not an extra charge. No vendor lock-in: if you ever want someone else to continue the work, you can, without a rebuild.

We stay available — personally, not through a ticket system. Small changes such as new text or images are simply done, at no charge. Larger extensions are billed by effort, and you know beforehand what to expect. You are not required to sign a maintenance contract. If you want updates, backups and the form check taken care of regularly, that is available as website maintenance from 49 € per month, cancellable monthly — and you keep control of your systems and data at all times.
