  • An initial conversation, free and without obligation. 30 to 45 minutes — I take the time your topic needs.
  • A quote with a fixed price and a firm date. No open-ended hourly budgets.
  • Building and testing. You see work in progress before anything goes live.
  • Reachable after launch. Personally, not through a ticket system.

What helps me

The more concrete your message, the more precisely I can answer in the first conversation. Any of this helps — none of it is required:

  • What it is about: website, shop, automation, app or something else.
  • What is painful today or should work better.
  • Whether a site or system already exists that should be replaced or extended.
  • When it should be finished — and whether there is a fixed occasion.
  • What budget range is realistic for you.

If you do not know all of that yet, that is not a problem. The conversation is there to sort what you actually need.

Common questions about the first conversation

As a rule on the same working day. If it does take longer — because I am on site with a client, for instance — you will still hear from me rather than be left waiting in the dark.
Nothing. The first conversation is free and without obligation — even if it does not lead to a project. Only afterwards do you receive a quote with a fixed price, and you can review that at your own pace too.
Usually 30 to 45 minutes, depending on how extensive your project is. I deliberately take the time to understand your topic — a fifteen-minute slot serves neither you nor me.
No. Most projects run entirely remotely by phone, video and email. When an on-site appointment makes sense, I come to you.
Your details go straight to me and are used solely to handle your enquiry. No disclosure to third parties, no tracking, no newsletter sign-up in the background. What exactly is stored is set out in my privacy policy .
