Most providers sell a finished package and hope you fit into it. I do it the other way round: in the free initial conversation I work out with you what you actually need — and just as importantly, what you don't.
- I ask first: what should the solution do for you — and how will you know it works?
- You never pay for scope nobody uses. No website builder, no monthly rent for modules you never touch.
- A fixed price and a firm date instead of an open invoice — you know where you stand beforehand.
- The source code and documentation are yours. No vendor lock-in, not even with me.
- If something is added later, I add it — instead of starting from scratch.
