Each of these demos also has background and context — on our industry pages.
The story behind the videos
Operator One and Zerø are our own products — not client work, and we say so deliberately. Before we promise anything, we build it ourselves, use it ourselves and stand behind the result. Both projects were built to the same standards we commit to for our clients: self-hosted, GDPR-compliant, fully documented.
Case study: Operator One
Starting point. Writing quotes is the same evening work in almost every business: read the enquiry, look up the customer, calculate the positions, write the cover letter, build the PDF. Each step is simple — together they cost hours in which nobody is selling.
Solution. Operator One takes the enquiry and carries it all the way to a ready-to-send quote: it researches the CRM, calculates to the cent and drafts the cover letter. The decisive point is what it is not allowed to do: nothing leaves the house without human approval. The human reviews and decides — the agent does the legwork.
Today. Operator One runs in production in our own business. Instead of starting every quote from scratch, the finished draft is waiting for review — exactly the division of labour between human and AI that we build for clients: AI & agents.
Case study: Zerø
Starting point. Food ends up in the bin because nobody keeps track of what expires when. That is not a knowledge problem but a reminder problem — which makes it one software can solve.
Solution. Zerø turns the pantry into a sorted list: scan a barcode, capture the best-before date with the camera, order supplies by urgency — and get a reminder before anything expires. All data stays locally on the device.
Today. The app is fully developed and runs as a signed release build in daily use. So far it is distributed directly as an installer file, not through an app store. For us, Zerø is the proof that we cover the whole distance from first concept to release-ready app in-house — the same distance we cover with you: App development.
