From the first conversation to a running system.

Every project follows the same path here — website, online shop or automation. You should know in advance what happens, what it costs and when it will be finished. No surprises, neither in the price nor in the schedule.

Four steps, the same for every project

The path from your first message to a running system is always the same. Only the scope differs.

Listen

A free initial consultation — in person or by video. You show us where the problems are. We tell you honestly what is worthwhile and what is not.

Fixed price

You receive a proposal with a fixed price and deadline. No open-ended hourly budgets and no surprises.

Build

We build, test and install the solution on your systems. Your employees receive clear, practical guidance without technical jargon.

Support

We remain available after launch. Maintenance and further development whenever you need it — while you retain control at all times.

How long does it take?

After the free initial conversation you receive your quote with a fixed price and a firm date within one to two working days. Once you accept, we start straight away.

A website is usually ready within a few days. For larger undertakings we give you the date in the quote, before you decide.

What we need from you

  • Content and text. Bullet points are enough. We do the writing and put it to you for approval.
  • Images and logo. Photos of your business, your work, your team.
  • Access to domain and hosting. So we can put it live — or we set everything up fresh for you.
  • One point of contact. A person who decides and gives feedback.

Revisions: until it fits

You see work in progress in your browser. We work in your comments until it fits. We do not count revision rounds and we do not bill for them.

When you pay

A deposit is due when you place the order, the remainder after acceptance. The amount is set out in the quote beforehand; nothing is added later.

What happens after launch

Small changes we simply do. Larger extensions we charge by effort, and you know beforehand what to expect. You also receive the documentation and access to the source code.

Common questions about the process

Usually one to two working days after the initial conversation. It states the fixed price and the date bindingly — you can review it at your own pace and need not decide on the spot.
No. The first conversation usually runs by video or phone, which saves both of us the journey. If an on-site appointment makes sense, we come to you.
There is no fixed number. We work in your comments until the result fits. A website you are not happy with is no use to you and none to us.
Small things we simply do. If it turns into genuine extra work, you get a separate quote with a fixed price before we build it. You then decide whether it is worth it to you.
Small changes are included at no charge. Larger extensions we bill by effort and tell you beforehand what to expect. You are not required to sign a maintenance contract. If you want updates, backups and the form check taken care of regularly, that is available as website maintenance from 49 € per month, cancellable monthly.
