How you know it's time
- On a phone you have to zoom and pan sideways to read anything.
- The phone number is plain text instead of something you can tap.
- The copyright year in the footer is several years old.
- There are visitor counters, "optimised for Internet Explorer" notes or "under construction" pages.
- Google shows your site — but the first impression costs you the call.

How the renewal works
The new version is built alongside the old one — your website stays online the whole time. Only once everything is finished and approved do I switch over; the switch itself takes minutes. The four project steps are the same as always, described on the process page.
